Our rental prices include the yacht, professional captain and crew, basic fuel allowance, safety equipment, and insurance. Additional services like catering, water sports equipment, and extended fuel usage may incur extra charges.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (December-April). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we'll work with you to reschedule your trip or provide a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will notify you 24 hours before departure if changes are needed.
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We also offer catering services and can arrange for a professional chef if you prefer. Please note that glass containers are not permitted for safety reasons.
Most of our yachts come equipped with snorkeling gear, fishing equipment, and floating devices. Additional water sports equipment like jet skis, paddleboards, and diving gear can be arranged for an additional fee.
Cancellations made 7+ days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather conditions or mechanical issues.
